Shipping Policy

Cost: Domestic orders of $35 or more from Terrainify.com ship for free. For orders under $35, shipping is calculated based on package size and weight.

Shipping Dates: All terrain is made to order, and we factor in sufficient lead time to make your terrain. Your order will be shipped 4-6 weeks from the day the order is placed.*

Delivery Dates: Your order is expected to arrive 2-14 days after it is shipped. Delays can occur due to peak shipping times and other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping: Free shipping is currently unavailable for international orders. International shipping is calculated by weight. Your order will be shipped 4-6 weeks from the day the order is placed.

* This delay between the order date and shipping date is there for a reason; each model is created to order. We do not start creating your models to your specifications until after your order is placed. Each model is composed of one or more pieces that are 3D printed, assembled (if necessary), and then given multiple coats of paint, dry-brushing, and additional finishing materials (flock, static grass, etc.). We appreciate your patience, and we believe that a Terrainify model is well worth the wait. You won’t be disappointed.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event your Terrainify order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition due to damage during shipping or human error, we accept returns of most physical items (see below for ineligible items). Send us a message to start the return process.

Time Frame: Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ship your return within 30 days of delivery.

Cost: Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Refund form: You will receive the cost of the original order back or a replacement of your original order.

Ineligible items: Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for custom orders. Digital purchases are typically non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
At Terrainify we value the privacy of your personal information to the utmost. We only collect the information necessary to fulfill your orders and dialogue with you about said orders. We will never sell or share your information with third parties. In the future when we have other email communications, you will have the opportunity to opt-out at your discretion.
